A No. Our everyday low prices do not have additional delivery fees.
Q Does White Swan Quality Cleaners charge a minimum fee?
A No. Our service is available to you with no monthly minimum.
Q Where do you pick-up and drop-ff my clothes?
A You choose the location for our courteous drivers to service?
Q What type of bag do I use to put my clothes out for?
A We provide our special White Swan Quality Cleaners Express bags to you.
Q How do I get my special White Swan Quality Cleaners Express laundry bag?
A Your driver leaves two bags at the first pick-up so that you have one for each time he picks up your clothes.
Q How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
A A statement will be prepared at the end of each month. The amount due will be charged directly to your credit account on file. You will receive a copy of the statement and your credit card receipt for your records.
Q How do I can my personal information and/ or preferences?
A On each Express bag your preferences are listed and may be changed at any time.
Q How do I place an order?
A If you are already signed up, just leave your bag out on your scheduled pick up day by 10:00am. If you are not yet a register customer, click here.
Q How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
A Summit County areas are scheduled for a Monday/ Thursday drop-off/ pick-up schedule.
Q Do I have to tip the White Swan Quality Cleaners driver?
A No. Our drivers do not accept tips and gratuities.
Q Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
A No. Your driver will service your pre-selected location. If you cannot leave your bag out for our driver, we can accommodate you as long as there is someone at the location to give out and receive you garments per your special instructions.
Q How do I tell White Swan Quality Cleaners about a special request/ issue with my garment?
A Simply leave a detailed note in your bag for our White Swan Quality Cleaners representative.
Q What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
